At first glance, the biggest problems with this garage weren't obvious—but the roofline told the story. The metal drip edge along the shingles revealed significant sagging, with the center of the garage lifted while both sides had settled. Inside, the bottom wall plate had completely rotted away and was sinking into the ground. The concrete slab was badly cracked and settling, the walls had bowed more than two inches, and the garage doors were so misaligned they were difficult to open and close.

By raising and straightening the structure, replacing the deteriorated support, and correcting the settlement issues, we restored the garage to a level, structurally sound condition. The walls are straight again, the doors operate smoothly, and the garage is ready for many more years of use.
